Just say no to the rest

Get a picture in your mind of what you want to look like

Of what you want your home and life to look and feel like

Then take actions that will lead to that outcome and say no to the rest

If your outcome is a slim, fit, healthy, sexy, much lighter body

Then consume only nutritious food that supports your body and say no to the rest

If your outcome is a slim, fit, healthy, sexy, much lighter body

Then drink plenty of pure clean water, maybe some fruit or veg juice, and just say no to the rest

If your outcome is a slim, fit, healthy, sexy, much lighter body

Go for a run, swim, gym, do your work and the necessities of life, and just say no to the rest

If your outcome is a slim, fit, healthy, sexy, much lighter body

Be around the friends who will support you in this endeavor and just say no to the rest

None of this has to be completely permanent

Once you have what you desire you can let the other stuff back in bit by bit

If you want

But what you may discover is once you find a new way of being that supports who you want to be in your life

What you want to look like

How you want to feel

You just might find that 'just saying no' becomes your new way of life

And you no longer want those other ‘yeses’

Booze, sugar, McDonalds, fizzy drinks, processed food, are all addictive

We are hardwired to conserve energy

So to consume maximum calorie intake for a minimum amount of effort is in our hardware

But… we are also adaptation machines!

Once you stay away from crap and avoid it for long enough the cravings disappear

The more you consume nutrient-dense foods the better your body will start firing

Once you put in the fuel it needs and stop putting in the stuff it doesn’t…

It starts to feel goooood

And feeling goooood is also addictive

I know, I am a feel-good junkie

I feel so good I could burst

And I want more and more and more of it

So staying away from the things that don’t serve me is getting easier and easier and easier

I’m no angel, I’m no determination queen and I can be quite dreadful with ‘rules’ of any kind

But what I’ve noticed is…

Once you give your body just what it needs

And say no to the rest

It fucking loves you for it and gives back to you in a way that has completely shocked me

I feel brighter, clearer, happier, healthier, and stronger than I can ever remember

My menopause symptoms have completely disappeared

And all I did was consume what supports my body and said no to the rest

The reason I know this without a shadow of a doubt?

If I ever go back to the sugar, booze, animal, crap… my symptoms come back

I get foggy, grumpy, sweaty, and knackered

When I’m en pointe with my fuel… I feel unstoppable

And I really fucking like it!!
